We recently switched to Discount Energy/Power. Rate is based on kilowatts used. Last month's bill was $58.00....home is all electric, a tad over 2000 square feet. Son uses them and recommended

Thanks that's what Im looking for. My wife got involved with someone on the site with a web chat and it certainly seemed like they were pushing. Glad to hear you all think the site is likely on the level.
My plan was with Xoom who has a terrible customer interface and their autopayments seemed to get rejected regularly. My plan expired and they jacked the rate to 12 cents/kwh.
