I have no problem with her airing her grievances. It's the way she went about doing it. She obviously incapable of speaking in a professional and responsible manner. Screaming...shouting... 
It's smoke and mirrors to cover up her weakness.
Yale isn't "nurturing"...college isn't a nursery. Take mother's breast out of your mouth and act like an adult. You cannot speak to other adults...employers...clients like that and expect a positive result. Your reputation will be quickly tarnished. The real world will be a rude, rude awakening for this young woman.
