Don't have a moisture meter. But after sawing fresh fell pine trees, stacked in stickered, the weight drops off more then half in about three weeks.
Now hard wood I found it stays heavy a lot longer.
Rule is 1" thick takes a year to air dry. I'm thinking here in the south for pine, maybe 6-7 months in the summer.
Oh, I have a wood burning stove coming in that I will be installing. My plans are to keep burning it thru the winter to help dry everything before I start hanging sheetrock.
