The problem is not the roads. It's the cars. There are way too many cars on the road.

We've got to make license plates much more expense and triple the price of gas with more taxes to fund state retirement and expand the drop program.

And tires need to be taxed more to encourage using them less.

Yep more taxes is always the best answer to fix any LA problem.
