I said a "player" (Barrett turns 21 in two months anyways) because you argued that he could have hit a crowd a people or family, which relates to the level of impairment.

So if a player blew a .07 would you be calling for a multiple game suspension?

Someone that "turns 21 in two months anyways" is still 20, making it .02. It doesn't really matter, because he was still over the legal limit for someone of age.

Again, that wasn't an argument. That's something everyone of measurable intelligence knows.
