I'm not saying he should have been driving. He shouldn't. But it's ignorant to act like he was so drunk he was all over the road.

Why does this matter?
You're asking for a 5 game suspension for someone who was slightly over .08. So if you want to stay consistent with suspensions and "potentially killing people", the MPH over the speed limit shouldn't matter to you. It's breaking the law regardless.
