I've been with regions for 13 years and don't really care for them. Probably a lot better out there, but too much of a hassle for me to pick everything up and move and also change all my auto-pay shite.
I wouldn't recommend them.

Regions is so bad. Left them after a decade of incompetence and bizarre, random fees I would constantly fight.
Bank with Ally now. No ATM fees, decent interest rate with interest checking, great app, and GREAT customer service.
Its been awesome and I recommend them to everyone.

Im in the same boat as you with Regions. Been with them since they were Union Planters or whatever they are but to much of a hassle to switch over. I
