As soon as we start pointing out that he hasn't thrown 1.... guess what happens?

And the biggest game of the season, too....

It was Malachi but it would've been an incredible catch in good weather let alone that slopfest.

It was a tough catch. Still a great throw in the rain.

so far we've played @Miss St. and @Syracuse. This will be his toughest environment all season.

Was thinking about this earlier. This will be the loudest and most hostile environment he's ever played in. Other than Auburn last year and MSU this year (which doesn't compare to Auburn/Bama IMO) he doesn't have much road game experience at all. I hope he is ready and aware and prepared. Things can get pretty hairy in a stadium like Bryant-Denny when you can't hear yourself think.

Brandon will probably have his best rushing game of the season against bama. It's too much to scheme against. Option run. Fournette up the middle and the deep pass.

His completion rate would be well over 60% with a few more catches.

People need to get past the low completion percentage. With our offense, Harris just needs to be a threat to pass to keep the defense honest. Harris is only expected to manage this offense and protect the football. Fournette is averaging 7.68 YPC. Guice is averaging 9.29 YPC. Nothing wrong with throwing the ball away on 1st and 2nd down. LSU's 3rd down conversion percentage (44.44%) is #3 in the SEC behind only Auburn (46.74%) and Arkansas (45.65%).

He could be allowed one INT vs Bama, but if he throws a second.......Anthony Jennings Time!

I think Harris is going to make some big plays scrambling and throwing on the run. And I think it happens very early.

The game will actually dictate the number of passes. If Harris throws the ball only 15x, Lester, I feel very confident LSU wins with relative ease.

Harris is going to need to play a mistake-free game in order for the Tigers to escape Brian Dennehy Stadium with a win.
