I detail as a side job, and I mean full paint correction details not wax jobs. Pull the seats and use a hot water carpet extractor and go over them 2-3 times. Let them sit in the sun for the afternoon to dry. While you have the seats out pull the carpet and hit it really well with a pressure washer. Mist the headliner with fabric cleaner and GENTLY scrub it with a soft brush just to work it in. You'll be amazed at how much shite comes out all the upholstery, and no more smoke smell and best of all this is cheap to do if you have a full day to devote to it.
