Weather Saturday Night In BR during the Game

Has anyone been looking into this for the kickoff Saturday night? I ask because things seem be rapidly changing as it relates possible depression in gulf of Mexico and a major hurricane scheduled to make an unusual move north into Mexico off Baja coast into southwest Texas this weekend. All this has caused meteorologists in North Texas to predict some near record rainfall in central and north Texas that will move east Saturday. Hopefully this will all remain far north of South Louisiana but due to some uncertainty, I am curious if this has come up in discussions around there and if any contingency plans are being made to make sure this game is played!

The weather experts will be along shortly, but it looks like the major rain is supposed to hold off until sunday. Only a 50% chance of rain saturday night so I think we'll be fine

By Saturday, transitional weather will mean increasing clouds in the region with spotty showers possible—especially in western locations. Temperatures will be in the low 80s. A more organized batch of rain will be in parts of Texas creating wet weather for the Southern football game. Tiger Stadium stands a better chance of staying dry, through a shower becomes more likely later into the game. By Sunday, the organized rain will arrive in the Baton Rouge area. This could mean outdoor plans for Sunday need alteration. Clouds and showers will keep temperatures in the mid 70s.

the sun will have an opportunity to set in the sky and we will have a great want to watch our tigers achieve victory regardless of the chance of precipitation

Even if it does rain... just more reason to turn #7 loose with the ground game!

I sat through an absolute monsoon in late Eighties while we were getting a beat down from the Canes. It was raining like a mfer in there.
