I just did the same thing. Luckily I haven't had any issues to catch on camera yet though. I recommend the system. Only problem I have is the batteries wear out pretty quickly. I have to keep a good supply of the batteries on hand.

I bought a rechargeable system for $50. It comes with 20 batteries, so you can always have four charged. I only have one camera mounted where its a little difficult to get to, so its not too bad.
