One of the executives who represents the Hotel, and who has testified at the trial, was caught watching the video with friends while eating at a Nashville restaurant. They were allegedly laughing at her, and he allegedly said that he was going to show everyone the tape since it is costing him millions.

Still unclear if the jury will hear this info though.

That executive should be fired with no golden parachute. Their whole defense depended on some sort of credible belief in their honest intention to respect guest privacy. If he can't understand how his behavior undermines that argument he's too stupid to be employed.
