Unsustainable. There has to be a ceiling at some point.

Of course, but prices would normalize really fast if places like San Fran dropped most of its housing restrictions. This is a government created problem.

If the tech biz crashes. If it doesn't, they would need some high rises with many new units to drive the price down. Everyone wants to live in SF and it's not a big place at all.
