With the App, each individual would have an Account and prior to engaging in sexual activities you would link accounts with the person your are about to fornicate with. In order to link accounts each person must type in their Privacy Protected Information. It would be as simple as exchanging contact info and could be done on the taxi back to your place or on the walk home. This would establish a legally binding consent agreement and could be used in court if necessary.
