I'm sure this would be a talking point (I remember Al Davis wanted to block the Panthers from having black and silver as two of their colors) - when the Texans chose navy and red there were a ton of teams with those colors as well - Buffalo (now rebranded to royal and red), NY Giants, New England. Hell, even Tennessee has navy and red in their color scheme.

Didn't John Mecom want the Saints to wear light blue, and the NFL asked him not to do it because it was too close to the Chargers?
As far as the OP, I agree--they need to change it back to the Oilers. Screw Bud Adams.
