Why should a neutral fan root for your team in the playoffs?

These threads are always fun.
I think I'm leaning Blue Jays because I can appreciate some good ole gorilla ball and because of Munenori Kawasaki telling the reporter he was drunk.
Cardinals fans need not apply.

I'll be rooting for the two Texas teams.

Root for the 2 teams that would hurt them the most to lose to.
Royals and Cubs.

The Royals are kind of assholes though and the Cubs hurt Kang so...

Donaldson shirseys?

I'd have a hard time not pulling the trigger on a Kawasaki shirsey

So Back to the Future can correctly predict one thing about the year 2015

I'll likely root for the Cubs as it gives me an excuse to go out and drink.

L.A. Dodgers
1. No WS appearance or title since 1988 despite recent playoff runs
2. Kershaw is a talented pitcher and good person, who could have a nice little redemption story
3. Tommy Lasorda and Vin Scully are iconic figures for an iconic team
4. They have nice uniforms
I dunno what else...

Pull for the Mets. I'm not a fan, but they're an exciting team.

Mets...young fun strong pitching staff, David Wright is a great guy, deserves some love and it would be Cespides for the Rest of Us

Mets. Always second team in their own city. Good young pitching

The Royals play in the 3rd smallest market in baseball, which is kinda a big deal in MLB. We're doing everything without the resources of the big boys.
