Plenty of times. There's a few girls at my office who have cried after getting screamed at by a client. I don't know what to say to them, so I act like it's not happening.

I had to build a cry room out of two unused offices. The call center director told me it was going to be a conference room. Then let it slip it was going to be a cry room. I asked WTF is a cry room, and she told me that was where the recorded calls for training were reviewed with employees and it would become a blabber fest.
