The receiving corps have never had as bad a case of the butterfingers than they have this year. Harris isn't the best we've had, but the receivers aren't helping him at all. I'm not sure I've as many inexpiable drops as we've seen this year. Harris's completion percentage should be closer to 65%.

Couple that with the change is play calling over the last several years, and the opportunity for his ability to show through production just isn't there. This is the amount of passes attempted since 2007:

2008: 391
2009: 336
2010: 301
2011: 279
2012: 356
2013: 326
2014: 276

We're on pace to only attempt 181 passes this year. And that's not because Harris is a bad QB.

And regardless, 2010 Jefferson is worse than 2015 Harris if Harris maintains his current pace.
