It is called taking responsibility for yourself. The coaches can't make the revievers put in the work or effort. That is a character issue. Point blank: if you alligator arm or five bs effort on a pass on this team your arse needs to ride the pine. If you want to criticize the coaches for one thing it is keeping the backups on the bench when the top 3 are giving you 50% effort.

They had plenty of drops tonight but we just played back to back unranked teams and looked unprepared to play in both games. Heck Syracuse pulled some guy that hasn't played since JV Jr College and he looked more prepared then our QBs. 10 years of bad QB play is getting a little old.
