re: Where's a good place in B.R. to find chef's knives?

Ducotes has the Dexter-Russell which are used in most commercial kitchens and work fine as well as being cheap. I've got a bunch. I also have a bunch of Cutcos and they are good too. I pretty much have at least one of most mentioned and rarely use most of them. Now the salmon knife from Cutco is a great filet knife.

Sur La Table has Kramer's line of mass produced that are really nice.
