I think Payton took some needed steps with overhauling the scouting department, and so far this draft has looked like it'll be one of our better ones, but I agree, it hasn't gone far enough.
He's shaken things up on the margins without really addressing his sacred cows.

McMahon certainly not but Vitt and Johnson have decent NFL resumes so who knows with them
