Philadelphia to both without question. They think that they are the greatest city that has ever hit America, but feel that their thunder has been taken from them by NYC, Washington DC, and Boston. They feel as if the entire status of their city has been stolen from them, that they should be the capitol of the United States, and they know that most of America doesn't give two shits about their city. When they realize you don't share their opinion on their city, prepare for insults at best and an attempted asskicking at worse. No group of people are more simultaneously proud and insecure about their city. There are a lot of cities with self-pride and self-hate, but not to the point that a large portion of the populace will kick your arse if you question their greatness or what exactly was stolen from them.
