Sure you read a cute little article that said chocolate milk is great postworkout. It is good in pinch bc has some carbs and protein, however chocolate milk can't hold a candle to a solid protein supplement. I would have to drink roughly 600 calories of chocolate milk to get same amount of protein that I have in my 160 calorie postworkout shake.

Same here. This baw I know who lifts a lot of weights said don't mix up more than 25 grams because you're just gonna piss it out or store it as fat.

In your medical opinion, how valid is this statement?

Bonus: how many grams of protein in a 20 piece McNugget?

ON is ~140 calories per scoop, a couple of grams of carbs.

Is it really possible to digest that much? Wouldn't most just get pissed out?

I just looked it up and most websites said your muscles can only utilize 30 grams in one sitting but the extra protein ingested is used in other parts of your body. Glad I looked it up because I've been using 2 scoops this whole time.

Yeah. I'm taking a scoop in the morning, one after I swim/lift in the afternoon. That's 50 between the two smoothies.

That's prolly plenty, aside from normal food.
