The hunting camp issue doesn't really bother me. I read a book when I hunt anyway, so I rarely used my phone while actually hunting. And my father in law does have a Verizon hotspot at the house there, so I just get on that while at the house.

My father in law was worried about me hunting without a cell phone until I pointed out to him we used to hunt without cell phones all the time and did fine. We didn't get any cell coverage up there until 5 or 6 years ago.
