I read about that. Had something to do with the wrong coil in the charger activating. Why it seemed to only affect Nexus 5s I'm not sure. Tylt apparently changed something in the design recently, too. I had to RMA my first one, and the one I got in exchange had a newer model number (101 instead of 100).
