Stupidest penalty in all of football. When a player's helmet comes off they should just blow the play dead.

So in this scenario, if I see a RB break free of the secondary, I can just take my helmet off and stop the play...?

I kind of want to agree with this, but then you would see guys trying to rip helmets off during big plays.

If this was the rule do you know how many players in the secondary would loosen up their helmets so that they could "fall off" when a running back gets past them. A lot. That's how many
