So let me get this straight, your FIl is completely lucky and his ineptness cost you 2 bulls!? He knew his bow was screwed and still brought it in that condition with short arrows? Then missed!

Well, I guess you could say that. Direct correlation between missing that first one was him not taking care of his rig before we went out there, which he will never forgive himself for. I texted him the wks leading up making sure he was right and he never got around to shooting those broadheads, despite the fact that we shot ALOT leading up to this. His mistake and he owns it.

It was a tough shot and he's 4" taller than me so my draw length was awkward for him, plus I think he panicked and released too soon. Im very confident I would have made that shot. But, he got the job done anyway and we still had a great time. He's typically a fantastic shot. Now, if he would have missed that cow, I would have ragged him for quite some time.
