There are cameras everywhere. Beyond the possible 25 or so from different businesses around there,
AP reported being able to watch something like 9 different cameras from inside Twin Peaks. They reported the cameras showed most everyone inside were taking cover or helping others to cover from the gunshots outside. Only one person can be seen firing from the patio outside. But for some reason the Waco PD still arrested all the bikers inside Twin Peaks. This is where the vast majority of the 177 arrested on "cookie-cutter" arrest warants came from. And for some reason the AP was not allowed to show those videos, only report on what they showed. This was early on in the process, not long after the whole thing went down at Twin Peaks.

there were dash cams of all the LEO's that had surrounded the place. There were many people that were not involved that had cell cams.
How many of the LEO's had body cams?
From what I've read, cell phones were confiscated and the Waco PD is not releasing any dash cam footage. I have no idea if any of them had body cams.

Have any of the attorneys involved subpoenaed all of the confiscated footage yet?
They have. But a judge in Waco (who just happens to be the ex-law partner of the Waco prosecutor) has put a gag order on the whole case. LINK... Of course what are we to expect from a town that puts a Waco PD dective already involved in the case as foreman of the grand jury to hear all the cases from Twin Peaks.

Going to be hard to get around that discovery request.

Dude. Second sentence in your own link...

The grand jury was selected using the new state-mandated random method.

I am speaking of the dozens of cameras that caught footage outside. Any attorney would surely subpoena every scrap of footage. Waco PD's actions in this are suspect and they have no right to decide what is exculpatory and what is not.
The problem with this is that the people with everything to lose in this are in possession of all of the footage. Evidence gets lost, footage gets erased, etc. I am not saying any of that happened but the appearance of impropriety will change the bottom line on the settlements that are sure to come.
