what if you were wrong about what the car trouble was all about? They prob have to do the diag no matter what.

I mean $830 for an alternator and battery (doubt that was needed) replacement is kind of absurd.
This is really the first time I've ever had car issues, so I'm genuinely curious. It seems like they did good work and had it ready same day.
