I have been to many Popeye's in the last 10 years, and not a single one, not a single time, had anything approaching reasonable customer service.

And that's even outside NOLA, where most fast food places have crappy service.

In Katy, Texas, where even the Mickey D's has good customer service, the Popeyes locations are horrific.

I've even tried going in other states, just to see. Always bad.

It's as if it's part of their company culture.
