Access from new South Upper Deck gate to West side portal

Does anyone know that if you go into South Upper Deck gates 22-28, can you walk over to the west side portal area without leaving the gated area on the ground level?

Don't think it's possible. There's two elevator shafts that block it from merging.

Thanks for your reply. I would not think there would be access but looking at the Seating Chart on LSUsports.net it makes it look like the whole west side and south side are inside the boundary line (see image below). Can anyone else verify?
