They have to be called runs. You can tell by the way Harris carried out his fakes.
With as evident as Miles' distrust of his QB's is, I'm betting there wasn't even enough trust to allow Harris to make a read. Which is just utterly sad on Miles' part because Harris has done nothing to warrant any distrust

Miles ran the read option a lot with Jennings midway through the season last year. Once he gets a few home games under him and settles in they'll work that part of the game in. The kid was obviously amped up the first two starts, but he showed improvement last night for sure.
