Harris didn't struggle. The offense eventually did because we ran-ran-passed or ran-ran-ran. How is it Harris' fault when running plays are called on third-and-8? State was able to jam the line and we started getting stopped for about 2 yards every run.

The one weak spot that might be attributable to Harris was throwing long into double coverage on third downs. But we don't know if that's his decision or if the play calls were to go deep.

LSU gave up on the intermediate passing game. Those screens are essentially handoffs and an extension of the running game, a poor choice when you've already got a defense with 9 and 10 in the box.
