People often (ignorantly) proclaim that college football is better when ND is good. That is such horsecrap nonsense. And why is that nonsense? because Notre Dame fans are easily the worst fans in the world. Not just in america, in the world. 90% of these fricking twits are not even remotely connected to the university or even the region. They root for the school solely because their ancestors came from Ireland, from Italy, or bow down to the pope. At least most Alabama fans who didn't attend Alabama are still FROM the region. There is no fricking excuse for these assholes from sea to sea rooting for ND because they are fricking CATHOLIC.
