I guess that's really the issue. It wouldn't be equal opportunity for all religions. If someone wanted to give a presentation on Buddhism, Christian parents would probably freak the hell out. From my perspective, they both would be worth while.
Maybe the only way is the cut everything out because in general people aren't mature enough to be level headed.
