I didn't think Missy died in her last appearance in the cemetery, I thought she teleported away just before the Doctor could kill her. Could be wrong.
Everything else, well..it's timey wimey stuff. I find the show much more enjoyable if I don't try to make too much sense of it.

If Sherlock has taught us anything, it's that Moffat doesn't give a frick about explanations.
SPOILERS:
- The first part of the episode brought me back to the early seasons of New Who with the shitty special effects (Missy through the tv, the plane thing)
- Lots of references to older seasons (both New and Classic)
- Capaldi and Coleman are great at acting
- The Essex scene was hilarious in a wtf? sort of way
- I love that the writers are taking inspiration from Classic Who for stories
- Missy's explanation of the relationship between the Master and the Doctor was great
- I'm glad I didn't read the Radio Times, as Moffat spoiled the entire ending to the episode
- As with most two-parters, I can't give a real grade until after the second part
