Many wisdom teeth, especially uppers, have very small cone-shaped roots that roll right out. They can be, in fact, some of the easiest teeth to remove. However, for wisdom teeth that require considerable surgical intervention, an oral surgeon and sedation will make the process much easier. Nothing I hate more than dentists who try to handle cases that are over their head.
