Lay with your legs elevated and supported if you have trouble getting relief. No one can diagnose it so disregard the web mds on here.

Yeah. I know no one on here can diagnose it. I honestly don't trust doctors to diagnose stuff ala lot of the times after very very bad experiences with misdiagnosis, long damn story.
My dad sent me a copy of Pain Free and I've started doing the exercises for that. We will see. He was nearly crippled before he started doing all the stretching for a long time and after doing those exercises, he's fine.
I'm not even sure ofnthatbwill help. I should have mentioned, the pain seems in conjunction with a pain in my arm and flare ups from a wound in my leg caused from an old illness.
