Of course all lives matter.
But BLM was brought up to highlight cops with self esteem and control issues when it came to black people.
So when someone says BLM and you say ALM, you are being dismissive to what they are trying to get across.
They should have had a different slogan. This one kind of backfired.

The name "black lives matter" is itself dismissive of the importance of the lives of non-blacks and law enforcement.
Like most people, I'm openly dismissive of a movement called "black lives matter" that could give a shite about violence in the black community until a black life is taken by a white person or a cop.....especially when proponents are dismissive of the suggestion that "all lives matter" after another cop is gunned down.

It's rooted in animosity and anger towards non-blacks and law enforcement.......and in a few months they'll be another race-baiting tool for a politician hoping to win an election next year.

I sorta agree, but they brought this all on themselves. #BlackLivesMatter is a terrible slogan given what I understand about their cause. Their slogan is intentionally inflammatory and undermines their cause immediately.
