Yea but people who have their own prejudices or biases don't want to just come out and say that a black Bond would make them uncomfortable. They'd rather cling to bullshite reasons

I'm not prejudiced or biased in any way. But if you are going to take a traditionally white character and have him portrayed by a black guy, then I'd like to know the reason? What does it add to the character? As I said before, in Bonds particular case you just soft rebooted the series three movies prior with Daniel Craig. You've got it set up with a new M, and Bond about to encounter his old nemesis Spectre. So what purpose does it serve to suddenly switch Bonds race, 50 years into the series?

FWIW, I thought casting a black guy as Johnny Storm was stupid, and I think changing the Ghostbusters to all female is stupid and pandering as well.
