Only dealt with one. Guy was a church leader for one of my clients. He took the flat denial route, and I got called in to prove it was actually him. I went through all the records, found him accessing the site through the church's IP, and delivered the unfortunate news to his church. He resigned immediately in the wake of this and possible other issues, but it was still an unsavory task for me. Part of me just wanted to smack him on the head and ask if he ever heard of using things like pen names and alternative email addresses.
