no I don't understand it. Should I feel the same way about black people based on videos I see of them?

this is such a bullshite way of framing this issue.

Sure, it may be a small number of the police, meaning a small percentage of the overall number of police out there.

It certainly is not a small number of police involved in incidents like these when removed from the bullshite qualifier of "but think of all the good ones!"

I'm not sure why anyone would ignore concrete evidence and not use it to make assessments going forward, so yes, you probably should.
