Kinda gathered that and that's ok. That's a good thing about America....we have a choice to make our own decisions. Likewise, I choose to cc in an effort to maximize the safety of myself and my loved ones. By no means am I "paranoid" or "scared" (two of the more common deragatory phrases at the OB that are thrown at some in the cc crowd), but sometimes a person can find himself in an unexpected situation where one's security is at question; I've learned no one, especially me, can foresee the future to know when that's going to happen. Consequently, I cc. I don't encourage lawlessness, but there are times one has to make difficult decisions about one's personal safety.
