BR just passed a large tax to fund public transportation.

Besides encourage car pooling what can govt. do? It's up to private citizens to car pool.

And private businesses can change their hours now and even elect to have people work at home. You don't need to pass a law to do that.

And yes construction is necessary.

Exactly. Why is the largely Republican state only screaming "More Government!"

We need to have the public screaming for business owners and individuals to step up.
