No, studies have shown that cities on the scale of Dallas with its infrastructure already in place may be at a point of diminishing returns. Acting like what Dallas' experience is means that we shouldn't add a lane to I-10 to make it two lanes is foolish.

I have never said we should do no infrastructure increases. I am merely saying do not expect much difference if that is your only plan. Plus the headache of construction traffic. We have to think of a modern plan.
