Well of course LSU fans will be upvoting the shite out of it. Still though, maybe I took it the wrong way. I still don't understand what the post had to do with ANYTHING. I've never seen that excuse before and doubt I ever will unless Peterson gets best again this year. I was under the impression that every CB had to deal with not knowing where the offense is going. Apparently it's just Cardinals CBs seeing as that excuse isn't made when any other CB gets beat.

Peterson and Cooper were step for step, then Cooper broke off the route as a curl. Peterson adjusted to the curl but lost his footing. He then got up and made the tackle, albeit allowing a few extra yards trying to strip the ball from Cooper.
The post is not an excuse, it is the exact breakdown of what happened. When a WR and CB of equal or near equal talent are matched up in man coverage, the WR will almost always have the advantage. This isn't groundbreaking stuff here, just the basics. Cooper won the battle, no excuse there.
