More loaded than UT or SMU? Doubtful.
No one is more loaded than those schools

Pretty sure A&M is the wealthiest, or 2nd to Vandy, in the SEC. They are up there man.

my point was that their "99.9%" of average students that aren't going to end up mega rich are viewed as lower class to most of the people I know from Austin and Houston
Hey, I love mocking the weird TAMU people as much as the next guy. They are dorky, culty, ugly, weirdos. However, its a pretty dang good school and they are loaded, so while I like them being viewed as lower-class, I don't think there is really any truth to that reputation you've heard about.

What's sad is that Texas nickel and dimes its students, despite their absurd revenue success.
Some UT friends of mine thought paying $250 for the "all access sports pass" was a totally reasonable deal.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

Fair enough, it could be wrong but I'm just passing on the shite talking that I hear from guys that went to other schools in Texas
I do get the vibe from the SECr that they view themselves as "richest, most prestigious university in the country" and not "second best in a not very prestigious conference" though, which is absolutely hilarious to me
