So you don't use Pandora, Spotify, or Google Music at all? I'm also certain you don't use Netflix either right?
Bottom line the data usage for music streaming is fairly negligible in today's data world.....unless you have a very minimal plan.

I have all of my music on my phone. But I bought a 64gb phone.
On the other hand, I see no reason, at this point, for more than 64gb.

It's not that hard to download them to the device while on a Wifi connection.
