Im guessing these are sites hoping to get a click to a different site, and basically everyone's email comes up roses.
ETA: In fact, just make up any random email that you can think of and type it into THIS site.
And I typed in my email twice, and once it said "Compromised" and the next time it said "You're not compromised".

Yep, and these sites are going to exploit the situation (like so many others soon will) to steal people's information. It's sad.
