Huh?
at any decent viewing distance your eyes can't tell the difference on a 40" screen between 1080p and 4k.

So I shouldn't run out and buy that 43" Vizio 4k I had my eye on at Costco? My Samsung is dying a slow painful death.

Good Jesus. So I'll never buy a 4k TV then. My den is pretty large and our couch sits about a solid 10feet away from the TV hanging on the wall.
If that graph is true, I'd need a 140inch TV and that would damn near take up the whole wall.
